By purchasing the Goods, the Buyer declares to have read and expressly approved these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Before the purchase is completed, the list prices displayed on the online store may be changed at any time.
2. AVAILABILITY
The availability of the Goods is limited to the Seller’s stock and is a condition for the validity of the offers.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the range of items offered on the website and may limit, from time to time, the quantity of Goods that the Buyer may order.
3. SALES PRICES

5. SHIPPING
If requested, the Seller undertakes to carry out national and international shipments using a secure and fully insured valuables courier.
In the case of a remote contract, the Goods will be delivered, after receipt of the bank transfer or other payment method, within 3–5 days via insured valuables express courier, or they may be collected at the Seller’s premises. The above delivery times apply to Goods in stock at the time of order.
Transport and insurance costs are borne by the Buyer. The relevant amount will be agreed at the time of order; in case of delivery abroad, the Buyer will bear any additional costs due to higher shipping expenses and/or duties and/or taxes provided by the applicable laws of the destination country.
Upon delivery of the Goods by the courier, the Buyer must check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or Goods or non-correspondence with the description must be immediately reported by making a written and detailed reservation on the courier’s delivery note.
6. WARRANTY
The Seller markets high-quality Goods, for which it offers a warranty of product originality and a 12-month functional warranty from the date of purchase. To make use of the warranty, the Buyer must keep the delivery document or invoice if requested.
The 12-month warranty applies to products that present a conformity defect, provided the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended purpose and the technical documentation supplied.
The warranty expressly excludes damage caused by accidents, improper or abusive handling or use (such as impacts, dents, deformation, excessive temperatures, strong magnetic fields), use or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
In the event of a conformity defect, the Seller will restore product conformity free of charge for the Buyer through repair/replacement or price reduction, up to termination of the contract. If, following inspection, the defect is not deemed a conformity issue, the Buyer will be charged any verification and restoration costs, as well as transport costs, if borne by the Seller.
If, for any reason, the Seller is unable to return a product under warranty to the Buyer (repaired or replaced), the Seller may, at its discretion, refund the full amount paid or replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DISTANCE CONTRACTS
Only in the case of a remote purchase, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods, the Buyer who qualifies as a consumer or user pursuant to Art. 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code may withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying the reason.
In such case, the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the above term, a written communication by registered letter with return receipt to the Seller’s address in Rome, Via Sforza Pallavicini, no. 9 (ZIP code 00193).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer will be refunded the payment made for the purchase of the Goods using the same payment method used for the purchase; however, the refund will be suspended until the Goods have been received by the Seller and the Seller has verified that the Goods are returned intact, functioning, and in their original packaging, complete with all parts.
The direct cost of returning the Goods, including shipping and insurance, shall be borne by the Buyer.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- it applies only to remote purchases;
- it applies to the purchased product in its entirety; withdrawal cannot be exercised on part of the product only (e.g., components, accessories, etc.);
- the purchased Goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging, any documentation and accessories: manuals, etc.);
- shipping, until receipt is certified at the Seller’s premises, is under the Buyer’s full responsibility; the Seller is in no way liable for damage or theft/loss of Goods returned via uninsured shipments.
In the event the right of withdrawal lapses, the Seller will notify the Buyer: the product will remain available to the Buyer for 30 calendar days from the date the registered letter is sent. Once this period has elapsed, the Seller undertakes to return the product to the Buyer via courier. Shipping costs and the price of the Goods, if already refunded, will be charged to the Buyer.
